Do you thrive on building relationships and driving business growth? If so, we invite you to join our team as an *Inside Sales Representative*. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base, nurturing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. You will gain in-depth industry knowledge through our comprehensive onboarding program and collaborate closely with management and the outside sales team to ensure long-term, profitable growth. We are looking for a results-driven, service-oriented individual who takes initiative and is passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences. Your attention to detail and sales expertise will be essential in achieving revenue growth and strengthening client relationships. *Key Responsibilities* * *Sales & Customer Engagement:* Proactively present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers. * *Consultative Selling:* Understand evolving customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. * *Account Management:* Respond promptly to inquiries, develop accounts, and generate accurate quotes. * *Product Expertise:* Assess customer requirements and provide product recommendations to meet and exceed sales targets. * *New Business Development:* Identify new prospects through research, referrals, and outbound sales efforts. * *Stakeholder Engagement:* Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. * *Operational Support:* Assist outside sales and management with high-priority transactions. * *CRM Utilization:* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities. * *Administrative Support:* Manage account setup, documentation, order processing, and delivery coordination. * *Additional Duties:* Take on tasks as needed to support overall business objectives. *What You Bring* * *Education:* Minimum of a College Diploma; a Bachelor?s Degree is preferred. * *Experience:* Five (5) years of inside sales experience preferred, or a combination of at least two (2) years in outbound customer service and inside sales. * *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn CRM software. * *Industry Knowledge:* Experience in lubricants, industrial sales, or the oil & gas sector is an asset. * *Driver?s License:* Must hold a full G license in Ontario. * *Attributes:* Strong communication skills, results-driven mindset, ability to work independently, and a passion for customer service. *What?s in it for You?* * *Competitive Compensation:* Attractive base salary plus performance-based incentives. * *Comprehensive Benefits:* Health & Dental coverage, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and a Pension plan. * *Work Environment:* Supportive team culture with professional development opportunities. * *Company Perks:* Vehicle and fuel allowance. *Work Schedule & Location* * *Hours:* Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM ? 5:00 PM. * *Location:* In-office role at 5 Hill St, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.
