*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented *Sales Assistant* to join our dynamic sales team. This position requires a blend of customer service skills and sales acumen, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their careers in sales. *King Pharmacy* *310 King St E, Kitchener, ON N2G 2L3* *Duties* \*Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships. \*Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. \*Support outside sales efforts by preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials. \*Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and address inquiries related to products or services. \*Collaborate with technical sales teams to understand product specifications and relay information effectively to clients. \*Participate in business development initiatives by identifying potential leads and opportunities for growth. \*Negotiate terms with customers under the guidance of senior sales staff to close deals effectively. \*Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining organized records of client interactions. *Requirements* \*Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred. \*Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. \*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. \*Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. \*Knowledge of technology sales or technical products is advantageous. \*Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage client expectations. \*Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. \*A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new products and services.
