The City of Regina plans to renovate the Kinsmen Park South in 2025, making it suitable for all-season use. The proposed upgrades include a playground, all-gender washroom, seating area and landscaping, a toboggan hill and a pleasure skate area. The City of Regina is also upgrading cross-country ski trails. Renovations are pending budget approval.
