The Municipalité de Sainte-Lucie-des-Laurentides received over $2.4M in funding from the Government of Quebec to upgrade its water supply, wastewater, and rain water systems.
LIVE immobilier began construction on the Relief Nord project in Sainte-Adèle. The project will include 250 apartments built over the next five years. The first units should be complete in the summer of 2025.
A ten-storey real estate project with 160 apartments will be built in Saint-Jérôme. The building will include retail space, parking for cars and bicycles, and a pedestrian walkway.
