*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of goods and materials. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes, as well as the ability to operate various types of heavy equipment safely and effectively. Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for many duties required to accurately pick, pack and ship sales orders, receive shipment deliveries and maintain the organization and inventory accuracy of the warehouse. The applicant must have experience operating a reach lift truck and be willing and able to lift and move some product by hand. *Key Responsibilities:* * Accurately pick sales orders from warehouse racking. * Properly pack and label sales orders for shipment. * Load orders onto trucks and accurately complete and process all required paperwork. * Professionally greet and engage with truck drivers and customers that arrive for pick up and delivery. * Unload and accurately receive incoming shipments. * Understand and maintain the organization of the warehouse. * Accurately provide inventory cycle counts when required. * Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or by using equipment such as a reach lift truck. * Safely operate a reach or counterbalance lift truck at all times. * Maintain the safety and housekeeping standards of the warehouse. * Work well with Co-workers and the Supervisor to ensure the required work gets done on time, accurately and safely. * Work overtime occasionally as required to ensure all work gets done on time. *Required Skills:* · High attention to detail in reading orders and picking product correctly. · Ability to work well within a team. · Licensed in the use of a reach truck and experience in using one in a warehouse environment. · Experience working a warehouse environment. * Excellent attendance.
