*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. *Duties* * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, including processing payments through POS systems. * Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and sales needs. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. * Assist in maintaining the sales floor, including restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring cleanliness. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance. * Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Utilize basic math skills to accurately process transactions and manage cash handling. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * Familiarity with cashiering procedures and POS systems is a plus. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
