As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical. If you have a background in carpentry or mechanical work, that?s a plus, but we?re willing to train individuals who have the right attitude and a strong work ethic. *Key Responsibilities:* * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on RVs, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with RV systems and appliances. * Perform carpentry work such as cabinet repairs, flooring, and trim installations. * Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating repairs and solutions to customers. * Ensure all safety standards and company procedures are followed during repairs. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Previous experience in carpentry, mechanics, or a similar hands-on field is a plus. * Basic understanding of RV systems, electrical work, or plumbing. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. * Attention to detail and a focus on high-quality workmanship. * Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment. * Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. *What We Offer:* * Paid training and mentorship. * Competitive pay with opportunities for advancement. * Health and benefits package. * A friendly, team-oriented work environment. * Tools and equipment provided. * Work on a variety of RV makes and models.
