Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Inspect repaired vehicles. Clean and maintain work space. Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting. Apply primers and repaint surfaces. Mix paint, blend and match colors. Select appropriate paint or mix paints. Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted. Monitor safety conditions. Mix paint to desired colour and texture. Maintain equipment. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Maintain clean and safe work environment. Conduct quality control. Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Application methods: Hand-held spray guns. Automated spray painting. Area of work experience: Paint spraying.
