Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Dusty. Hot. Noisy. Outdoors. Tree and orchard fruit. Tasks: Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions. Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts. Tie and secure plants. Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Maintain quality control and production records. Maintain work records and logs. Hire and train staff. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Type of crops: Apples. Cherries. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
