*THE OPPORTUNITY:*
Big Mountain Activewear is seeking an energetic Account manager to join our team as the face of the company in supporting?*Calgary and the surrounding area.?*We are looking for candidates who share our passion for building strong partnerships, can thrive in a demanding environment, and are not afraid to take on new challenges. *POSTION RESPONSIBILITIES:*
You will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager and will be accountable for developing and maintaining an account list. Other day-to-day responsibilities will include:
o Identifying opportunities for growth within all current accounts and providing
enhanced value through the generation of unique solutions
o Providing Clients with quotes / pricing / presentations
o Following up with customers to maintain and strengthen relationships
o Meeting or exceeding sales targets / KPI?s through utilization of sales tools
o Analyzing data to identify new growth opportunities
o Researching customer data to help grow accounts
o Providing weekly reports to Sales Manager
o Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of available products and industry trends
*POSITION REQUIREMENTS:*
- A minimum of 1 year in a Sales / Territory Management / Business Development Role
- Client Management Skills - experience building and maintaining relationships
- Experience working as a collaborative team member in a dynamic sales environment.
- Ability to seamlessly adapt to a growing work environment
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional organization and time management qualities
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills ? Hunter Mentality
- Above average communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem solving and creative solution skills
- High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid driver?s licence with the ability to travel within territory to meet with prospective and current clients
-Post-secondary education, degree or diploma related to Business or Marketing is considered an asset
