*Housekeeping Worker* *Location:* Black Lake, SK *Job Type:* Full-time *CAREER OPPORTUNITY* APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE HOUSEKEEPING POSITION FOR THE ATHABASCA HEALTH AUTHORITY. *GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:* Reporting to the Facility Coordinator, the Housekeeping Worker is responsible for the daily cleaning of all areas of the hospital by performing routine cleaning of patient rooms, the nursing ward, the clinical area, the waiting room, and administration offices. *JOB DUTIES:* * Clean and sanitize patient rooms and bathrooms throughout the nursing ward. * Making patient beds, changing linens. * Laundry services: Use washer and dryer machine. Fold and put away laundry. * Clean the nursing ward area, patient lounge area, and offices. * Order supplies and inventory. * Daily: Sweep and mop floors, vacuum rugs, and dust/sanitize surfaces. * Empty garbage bins. * Other duties, as assigned. *QUALIFICATIONS:* * Grade 10 and previous housekeeping experience considered an asset. * Self-motivated/self-directed. * Fluent in Dene and English is considered an asset. * Clear Criminal Record Check. *OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION:* * Hours of work: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. * 1 week in, 1 week out, 7 days, 11-hour per shift. * Monday to Sunday. * Housing not available. * Transportation provided for Black Lake. *Individuals interested in applying for this position should forward their resume and three (3) professional references (one must be from your current/most recent employer) to:* *Email:* careers@athabascahealth.ca *Mail:* Athabasca Health Authority, P.O.
