Golden Eagle Farms is looking for general farm workers available to start between November 2023 to March 2024. Duties include: * Prepare and irrigate soil. * Plant, fertilize, thin and harvest crops. * Operate farm equipment and machinery to till soil, plant, cultivate and harvest crops, and load and unload crops or containers of materials. * Sort, weigh, grade, and pack fruit. * Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce and products for transport * Clean up racks, trays, and harvest bins and general clean up of growing, producing, packing, and shipping areas. * Perform equipment and machinery maintenance. * Monitor equipment and machinery operations to detect malfunctions. * Follow safety procedures. * Assist with general farm maintenance and maintenance of equipment and tools. * May assist in preparing garden beds for planting. * Assist with Apiary duties. * May write daily progress reports of inventory harvested and shipped out. * General farm and plant cleaning and maintenance. No education or previous work experience required. Location of work is Pitt Meadows, BC. Pay is $16.75/hour at 40+ hours per week. _Golden Eagle Farms is a blueberry and cranberry farm located at 16351 Aquilini Ave, Pitt Meadows, BC, Canada_ Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal Contract length: 24 months Pay: $17.48 per hour Work Location: In person- LocationPitt Meadows, BC
