Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Corn farming. Hay farming. Other grain farming. Outdoors. Wheat farming. At heights. Dusty. All weather conditions. Dirty. Work setting: Rural area. Various locations. Tasks: Write daily basic progress reports. Clean work area. Fertilize and spray crops. Harvest crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry. Sort, pack, crate and package materials and products. Perform general farm duties. Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings. Compile inventory reports. Clean and maintain equipment. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Type of crops: Grains. Equipment and machinery experience: Forklift. Loader. Tractor. Fertilizer applicator. Haying equipment. Hand tools. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own transportation. Public transportation is not available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Bending, crouching, kneeling.
