Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Groom horses in preparation for competitions and shows. Handling animals. Monitoring animal health. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Formulate feeding program. Maintain livestock performance records. Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Develop and guide the behaviour of farm animals. Animal specialization: Thoroughbred horses. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Organized. Team player.
