* *Target Achievement:* Meet and *exceed* sales targets and KPIs set by the company, demonstrating relentless determination and a results-driven mindset.
* *Reporting:* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions using CRM software.
* *Professional Development:* Continuously enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry expertise through training programs and self-directed learning initiatives.
*Qualifications:*
* *Previous Sales Experience:* Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably within the Telecom, Technology, Business Services, Office Solutions, Renewable Energy.
* *Post Secondary Education*: Bcomm, BArts, Diploma in relevant field
* *Competitive Spirit:* A natural drive to excel and surpass targets, coupled with a hunger for success and financial rewards.
* *Excellent Communication Skills:* Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
