*OBJECTIVES:*
The candidates' tasks encompass compiling a comprehensive database of contractors and service providers across Ontario, drawing from diverse online resources provided by our company. This entails meticulous research and organization to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Subsequently, candidates will engage in proactive outreach efforts via phone calls and emails to encourage these professionals to register on our app. By effectively communicating the benefits and value propositions of our platform, they aim to secure sign-ups and foster partnerships within the industry.
Furthermore, candidates will diligently follow up with clients, maintaining ongoing communication regarding past, present, and potential future projects. This involves nurturing client relationships, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for collaboration or expansion. Through consistent engagement and personalized support, they aim to enhance client satisfaction and drive long-term success for all parties involved.
Candidate will also be involved in performing admin work as directed by the manager.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, enabling efficient data management and document creation. Proficiency in these tools ensures seamless handling of databases and communication materials.
Moreover, excellent communication skills are essential, encompassing both verbal and written abilities. The candidate should be adept at articulating ideas clearly and persuasively, whether through phone calls, emails, or in-person interactions.
Interpersonal skills are crucial for effectively engaging with customers and building rapport. The candidate should demonstrate empathy, active listening, and the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
Confidence and sales skills are vital attributes for driving sign-ups and cultivating relationships with service providers and clients. The candidate should exude confidence in presenting the app's features and benefits, while also demonstrating persuasive sales techniques to secure commitments.
Additionally, owning a cell phone is imperative for conducting outreach activities and staying connected with clients. This allows for seamless communication and timely follow-ups, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the role.
*COMPENSATION:*
Candidate will receive comprehensive training from the company's director on effective sales strategies. They will be provided with all necessary tools and resources to achieve the weekly target. With a competitive compensation starting at $17.20 CAD per hour, this opportunity serves as a platform for developing sales and customer service skills and strategies while contributing to the company's growth.
NOTE: This is 18 hours a week part time position for 4 months with potential to extend.
