In this role, you will be responsible for administrative duties within the clinic, providing an exceptional client experience, and driving sales of our products and services.</p><p>This is a <strong>permanent, full-time position</strong> based onsite at our <strong>London, ON (Wharncliffe location)</strong> HearCANADA Clinic. Typical hours of work are <strong>Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm </strong>local time. <br></p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Starting hourly compensation of $21-$24/hour + an attractive bonus program</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, vision + a healthcare spending account, starting on day one of hire</p></li><li><p>RRSP matching program</p></li><li><p>Generous time off policies including 3 weeks of vacation, 7 paid personal days, + 1 paid volunteer day per year</p></li><li><p>Training, learning, + continuing education opportunities</p></li><li><p>Friends and family discounts + access to our employee perk program</p></li><li><p>Purpose-driven + people-centric culture with the ability to make an impact in our communities across Canada</p></li></ul><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide an exceptional and individualized client experience for clients visiting and contacting the clinic</p></li><li><p>Manage the clinic schedule by booking and rescheduling appointments; follow-up on missed appointments or with appointment reminders</p></li><li><p>Making product and payment recommendations to enhance the client journey</p></li><li><p>Support with maintaining physical and electronic records</p></li><li><p>Perform basic hearing aid maintenance and product questions</p></li><li><p>Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding and networking within the local community</p></li><li><p>Educate patients on billing and payment options; perform AR duties as assigned</p></li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in a customer-facing role - you bring 2+ years of experience working in sales, retail, a busy office, or a clinic environment and are comfortable interacting with customers</p></li><li><p>Sales acumen - comfortability in recommending products and services to clients</p></li><li><p>Customer-centric attitude - you are comfortable interacting with diverse client groups and networking within the community to position HearCANADA as the region's number one choice for hearing care services</p></li><li><p>Team-player - you work well with others and appreciate what can be accomplished with support from colleagues</p></li><li><p>Willingness to participate in some local travel - access to a car and a valid driver's license is strongly preferred as some travel will be expected within the assigned region (mileage paid) for community events and marketing initiatives</p></li></ul><p><strong>To join us on our journey in providing <em>Wonderful Sound for All</em>, click the "Apply Now" button!</strong></p><p><em>HearCANADA acknowledges that this posting represents a current, existing vacancy.
