This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent patient care aligned with our practice's values. *Responsibilities* * Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner. * Manage appointment scheduling and patient records using Dentrix. * Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently. * Maintain accurate electronic medical records. * Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations. * Provide administrative support as needed. * Ensure the reception area remains welcoming and organized. * *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a dental receptionist. * Proficiency with Dentrix and electronic medical records. * Excellent communication skills and professionalism. * Ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. * Previous office experience is advantageous. * *Call-To-Action* Eager to make a difference in a friendly dental practice?
