MANATOMY® is our rapidly growing men's personal care brand focused on modern grooming and whole-body care solutions. We are looking for a creative, organized, and commercially minded *Marketing Coordinator* to support brand growth, product launches, retail promotions, packaging initiatives, and marketing strategy execution across both brands. Position Overview This is a *brand marketing role*, not a digital marketing position. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, sales, product development, and creative partners to help drive brand awareness, retail activation, new product launches, and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate has a passion for consumer brands, understands retail marketing, and can effectively coordinate multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Management & Strategy * Support the development and execution of annual brand marketing plans. * Assist in building brand positioning, messaging, and consumer communication strategies. * Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends. * Help identify opportunities for brand growth, innovation, and category expansion. Product Launches & Innovation * Coordinate new product launches from concept through commercialization. * Work with cross-functional teams on packaging development, product claims, and launch materials. * Assist in creating product positioning and go-to-market strategies. Promotional Planning * Coordinate retailer promotional programs and seasonal marketing initiatives. * Support planning for trade shows, industry events, and customer presentations. * Assist in developing point-of-sale materials, merchandising tools, and promotional campaigns. Packaging & Creative Development * Coordinate packaging updates, artwork revisions, and approval processes. * Work with designers, printers, and suppliers to ensure brand consistency. * Maintain packaging and marketing asset libraries. Market Research & Insights * Analyze category trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity. * Review retail performance data and identify opportunities to improve brand performance. * Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations. Sales & Trade Marketing Support * Develop sales support materials including presentations, product sheets, and launch kits. * Assist with distributor and retailer marketing programs. * Support customer meetings and category reviews when required. Qualifications * Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. * 2?5 years of experience in brand marketing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), personal care, beauty, baby care, or related industries. * Strong project management and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and presentation abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, AI, Photoshop etc.. * Experience working with packaging development and product launches is an asset. * Familiarity with retail environments and consumer goods marketing is preferred.
