<strong>Marketing & Proposal Coordinator (AEC)</strong><br><strong>Location:</strong> Toronto, ON<br><strong>Compensation:</strong> Flexible<br> <br><strong><u>Overview</u></strong><br>Our client is seeking a <strong>Marketing Coordinator with AEC industry experience</strong> to support proposal development and business pursuits. This role is focused on <strong>RFQs, RFPs, and prequalification submissions</strong>—not traditional digital marketing or graphic design.<br>You will partner with technical teams to develop high-quality, deadline-driven proposals that clearly communicate project experience and capabilities.<br> <br><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><ul>	<li>Coordinate and develop <strong>RFQs, RFPs, and prequalification packages</strong> from start to submission 	<li>Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and leadership to gather and refine content 	<li>Write, edit, and format proposal materials to meet client requirements 	<li>Maintain and update <strong>project sheets, resumes, and marketing collateral </strong>	<li>Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards 	<li>Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, pursuit-driven environment </ul> <br><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><ul>	<li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 	<li><strong>5+ years of marketing experience within AEC, construction, engineering, or related industry </strong>	<li>Direct experience managing <strong>RFQ/RFP proposal processes </strong>	<li>Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills 	<li>Ability to translate technical content into clear, client-focused messaging 	<li>Detail-oriented with strong time management skills </ul><br><strong><u>Technical Skills</u></strong><ul>	<li>Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 	<li>Adobe InDesign (for proposal formatting/layout) 	<li>Photoshop, Illustrator, or CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus</ul><br>#ZRPROF<br> - Location Toronto, ON
