*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong background in WordPress web development, SEO, videography, photography, and digital ad campaigns. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive online engagement, and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing cutting-edge tools and analytics to achieve measurable results. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta Advertising, and email marketing. * Conduct keyword research and SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic. * Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles for social media, websites, and advertising materials. * Maintain and update websites using WordPress themes (some HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be an asset) to ensure optimal user experience. * Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. * Stay current on industry trends in digital marketing and SEO to recommend innovative approaches. *Requirements* * Proven experience in digital marketing or related fields. * Proficiency in SEO best practices, Google Analytics and Google Ads management. * Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress * Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management. * Knowledge of Meta Advertising and other social media advertising platforms. * Ability to analyze data effectively to derive actionable insights. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content. * Creative mindset with strong graphic design skills. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
