Dental Laboratory</strong></div><div><strong>Location:</strong> Ottawa, ON</div><div><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time, Onsite</div><div><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday to Friday</div><div><strong>Pay:</strong> Approximately $30/hour, depending on experience</div><div><br><strong>Job Overview:</strong></div><div>A dental laboratory in Ottawa is seeking an experienced <strong>Office Manager</strong> to oversee daily administrative operations and support smooth communication between the lab team, dental offices, clients, and internal departments.</div><div><br></div><div>The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a <strong>dental office, dental laboratory, or healthcare/customer service environment</strong>. Dental experience is strongly preferred, as this role requires understanding case flow, client communication, work orders, scheduling, invoicing, and daily operational needs.</div><div><br></div><div>Bilingual English/French is considered a strong asset.</div><div><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflow.</li><li>Manage work order entry and ensure case information is accurate.</li><li>Support invoicing, billing coordination, and account-related tasks.</li><li>Coordinate shipping, receiving, deliveries, and case tracking.</li><li>Communicate with dental offices, doctors, internal departments, and external customers.</li><li>Help manage workflow between the front office and lab production team.</li><li>Schedule vacations and help coordinate staff coverage.</li><li>Review and approve employee timesheets.</li><li>Support customer service and resolve questions or case-related issues professionally.</li><li>Maintain organized records, documentation, and office processes.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Previous office management, administrative, or customer service experience.</li><li>Dental office, dental lab, or healthcare experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience dealing with internal and external customers.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to oversee multiple priorities.</li><li>Comfortable managing workflow, schedules, documentation, and communication.</li><li>Professional phone and email communication skills.</li><li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.</li><li>Bilingual English/French is an asset.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Work Environment:</strong></div><div>This is a full-time, onsite position in a dental laboratory environment.
