Please Note: We do not have LMIAs available. *Overview* Our Housekeeping department is seeking dedicated and hardworking Room Attendants to join our team. As a Room Attendant, your role is crucial for a good guest experience, providing a clean and welcoming environment to our guests. *Key Responsibilities* * Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing linens, and ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and free from dirt and stains. * Ensure bathrooms are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies such as towels, toiletries, and paper products. * Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department to ensure rooms are in optimal condition. * Follow all hotel cleaning protocols to ensure safety and hygiene standards are consistently met. * Organize and stock cleaning supplies, including linens, towels, and amenities, to ensure quick and efficient service. * Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities, supplies, or special services with a positive and professional attitude. * Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information and personal items. * Adhere to all hotel policies, including health and safety standards, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both guests and staff. * Assist in other tasks as needed, such as cleaning public areas and assisting with laundry or inventory management. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in housekeeping is an asset. * Able to work independently or as a team as required. * Strong attention to detail and high standard of cleanliness * Able to communicate effectively in English. * Positive, friendly, and guest-oriented attitude. *Physical Demands* * Able to lift, push, or carry 25 lbs. * Extended time spent on feet, lifting, pushing, bending, walking, reaching, etc. *Benefits & Perks* * Free breakfast available every day * Hotel facilities available for staff use * Staff parties and weekly summer BBQs. * Extended health, dental, vision, and life benefits offered after 1 year of employment. * Staff accommodation offered for full-time staff pending availability.
