*Registered Psychotherapist (RP) / RP (Qualifying)* *Overview:* Anchor & Bloom Psychotherapy is seeking a compassionate, ethical, and dedicated Registered Psychotherapists (RP) or Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) to join our team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based mental health support and therapy to diverse client populations, including adults, couples, children, and adolescents. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to impact clients' lives through high-standard care, collaborative case management, and structured, growth-oriented treatment approaches. Experience within hospital settings, pediatrics, and/or special education is highly valued. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively while strictly adhering to CRPO clinical standards, ethical guidelines, and professional best practices. Responsibilities * *Clinical Therapy:* Conduct safe, effective, and evidence-based psychotherapy sessions (individual, couples, child/teen, and family) tailored to diverse client needs. * *Assessment & Treatment:* Assess clients? mental health status using clinically validated interviews, observations, and data collection methods to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans. * *CRPO Compliance & Documentation:* Maintain precise, accurate, and timely clinical notes, treatment plans, and incident records in strict accordance with CRPO Professional Practice Standards for Record-Keeping and PHIPA confidentiality regulations. * *Specialized Care:* Apply specialized, developmentally appropriate therapeutic techniques when working with pediatric, adolescent, and neurodivergent populations. * *Collaborative Circle of Care:* Liaise and collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, educators, hospital staff, and case managers to build a comprehensive, continuous circle of care for clients. * *Professional Development:* Engage in continuous quality assurance, professional development, and?if registered as an RP (Qualifying)?regular clinical supervision meeting CRPO requirements. Qualifications * *Education:* Master?s or Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology, Psychotherapy, Spiritual Care, or a closely related program recognized by the CRPO. * *Professional Registration:* Active registration in good standing with the *College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)* as a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). * *Clinical Experience:* Preferred experience working with children and adolescents; familiarity with pediatrics, healthcare/hospital environments, or special education settings is a strong asset. * *Skills & Knowledge:* \* Deep understanding of the CRPO Code of Ethics and Professional Practice Standards. * Familiarity with medical and psychological terminology relevant to mental health and collaborative community care. * Strong case management, clinical evaluation skills, and an understanding of the Safe and Effective Use of Self (SEUS). * *Communication:* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build a secure therapeutic alliance with diverse client demographics. *About Anchor & Bloom Psychotherapy* Join our team at Anchor & Bloom Psychotherapy to provide impactful, ethical mental health services that cultivate wellness, resilience, and growth across our community.
