Responsibilities: (We operate few companies - selected applicant will be providing service 1 or more of our companies) \* Develop and implement marketing strategies for company operations in Canada, the USA, South America, and international markets. \* Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media accounts. \* Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including videos, graphics, and promotional materials. \* Record, edit, and post videos for social media and marketing campaigns. \* Create and manage targeted advertising campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms. \* Monitor advertising performance and recommend improvements to increase leads and sales. \* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends. \* Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications. \* Maintain company websites and online business profiles. \* Provide monthly reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and campaign performance. \* Explore new marketing opportunities to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue. Qualifications & Skills \* Experience with social media management and digital marketing. \* Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other online advertising platforms. \* Experience creating and editing video and graphic content. \* Strong research, communication, and organizational skills. \* Basic website management skills; knowledge of HTML/CSS is an asset. \* Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software. \* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Performance Expectations \* Consistently grow brand awareness and online engagement. \* Generate qualified leads and support sales growth. \* Meet content posting schedules and advertising objectives. \* Submit a monthly marketing performance report outlining activities, results, and recommendations.
