We have a spot on our expanding team. Our job scope generally is exterior tin and residential or commercial ventilation, but it can change day to day. Looking for a motivated individual who can show up on time in the morning, use a measuring tape and is willing to learn. Shop Experience is an asset. Willing to work with an experienced individual or someone just coming in who wants to apprentice. *Responsibilities* * Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements. * Use hand tools, hand brakes, welding equipment, shear and fabrication tools to assemble components accurately. * Conduct quality inspections utilizing micrometers, calipers, precision measuring instruments, and visual checks to verify dimensions and adherence to standards. * Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols when operating telehandlers, forklifts, and other machinery. * Collaborate with team members during assembly processes and ensure all tooling and fixtures are correctly set up. *Qualifications* * Ability to use basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential in fabrication tasks. * Ability to show up in the morning ready to work. * Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in assembly processes.
