Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform safety and security checks. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Work with minimal supervision. Order supplies and maintain inventory. Assist skilled tradespersons. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Reliability. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.- Location Richmond, BCV7A 4X6
