We are currently seeking a *Part-Time Licensed Optician* to join our team and help us continue delivering top-quality optical services to our valued clients. *Position Overview:* As a *Licensed Optician* at ClearView Optical, you will be responsible for assisting patients with eyewear fittings, lens recommendations, and providing expert advice on frames and lens options. You?ll work directly with customers to ensure they have a positive and comfortable experience, from initial consultation to the selection and fitting of their eyewear. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide exceptional customer service while assisting patients with selecting eyewear that fits their style, prescription, and budget. * Accurately dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses based on prescriptions. * Adjust and fit frames to ensure comfort and proper alignment. * Educate patients on proper care and maintenance of their eyewear. * Perform basic optical tests such as pupil distance and other measurements as needed. * Ensure all optical products meet industry standards and regulations. * Stay current on the latest eyewear trends, lens technology, and product offerings. *Qualifications:* * Current license as an Optician (Required). * Strong knowledge of optical products, including lenses and frames. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. * Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. * Experience with optical software and point-of-sale systems is a plus. * Prior experience in an optical setting is preferred but not required. *What We Offer:* * Competitive hourly wage. * Flexible part-time hours to accommodate work-life balance. * Opportunity for growth within a supportive and dynamic team. * Discounts on eyewear and optical products. * Positive and friendly work environment. *How to Apply:* If you're passionate about helping people see clearly and enjoy working in a customer-focused environment, we?d love to hear from you!
