Our mission is to handcraft the best coffee ? sustainably. This multi-faceted role covers all aspects of supply chain, procurement, logistics and ERP. This position reports to the Director of Finance + Operations. The successful candidate will have a diploma or degree and relevant experience in this field is a prerequisite for success. Manage procurement, including all aspects of global supplier network development. ? Manage all aspects of logistics including inbound and outbound flows. ? Lead role in managing the MRCC forecasting and scheduling model, including inventory optimization. ? Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity. ? Active participation in a cross-functional team focused on building brand value through continuous innovation. ? This role does not have any supervisory responsibilities. *Qualifications* ? Diploma or Degree from post-secondary institution. *Skills and Abilities* ? Strong attention to detail. ? Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external parties. ? Excellent communication skills ? verbal and written. ? Logical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgement. ? Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of personal productivity. ? Fact based decision maker. ?
