Job Description:SCRUM Master The Scrum Master is responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum methodology and discipline across various teams. This includes onboarding stakeholders in the process and keeping them engaged. The Scrum Master is expected to lead Scrum teams, facilitate Scrum events and to coach the team to higher levels of Scrum maturity. Role and Responsibilities Scrum Framework Implementation Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and retrospective). Foster an environment where the Scrum Team can operate effectively. In collaboration with product owners, proactively manage Risks, Assumptions, Actions, Issues, Decision and Dependencies (RAAIDD) Remove impediments to the- LocationSherbrooke, QC
