Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability - Recruit, train, and manage a team of store employees - Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Collaborate with other departments to optimize store operations Requirements: - Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management - Exceptional customer service skills As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our store.
