Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Supervise workers and projects. Train or arrange for training. Recommend personnel actions. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Leading/instructing individuals. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Assist in inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Requisition materials and supplies. Supervise daily activities of floorhands, labourers and helpers .
