*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for customer relationship management.
*Duties*
* Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
* Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project management and execution of client deliverables.
* Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on business development efforts.
* Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
* Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients to showcase our services and solutions.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
* Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles and practices.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
* Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
This is 100% COMMISSION role.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
