Our locations are high-energy, bustling spaces that serve as hubs for great food, unforgettable drinks, and exceptional entertainment. *About the Role:* We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead one of our busiest locations. This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader to make a significant impact in an upbeat and lively setting. *Key Responsibilities:* * Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations for a busy restaurant, bar, and nightclub. * Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. * Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, manage costs, and meet financial goals. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations. * Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create engaging programming that aligns with the venue?s identity. * Maintain high standards for customer service, product quality, and venue cleanliness. *What We?re Looking For:* * Minimum of 5 years of General Manager experience in the restaurant, bar, or nightclub industry. * Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. * Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including financials, inventory, and staffing. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * A true team player who thrives on collaboration and bringing out the best in others. * Passion for music, sports, entertainment, arts, and culture. *Why Join Us?* * Be part of a company that values creativity, culture, and community. * Lead a team in one of Calgary?s most exciting and vibrant venues. * Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. * Opportunities for professional growth within our expanding organization. *How to Apply:* Submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and passion for hospitality.
