Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Noisy. Dusty. Work setting: Various locations. High-rise building construction sites. Construction site. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Clean and lubricate cranes. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Pave and rake asphalt. Assist in demolishing buildings. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Perform routine maintenance work. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Equipment and machinery experience: Concrete saws. Nail guns. Hand tools. Construction specialization: Residential. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Overtime required. Weight handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs). Personal suitability: Team player. Hardworking.
