CHAMPION HOMES Job Title: Program Manager Lead Summary Reporting to the VP of Business Transformation, the primary focus of the Program Manager Lead is to ensure the success of enterprise-wide ERP, PLM, and CPQ implementation, oversee internal business project management, and manage adoption and communication. This individual will lead change management initiatives, execute project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks. The Program Manager will play a critical role in aligning with and reporting to senior leadership, including EVP, RVP, C-suite, and Board of Directors, while possessing strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Responsibilities Program management: Lead the successful program management across several business-led IT projects (PLM, ERP, CPQ, CX implementation projects) across corporate and multiple plant locations.
