If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions, we want to hear from you! *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance. * Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions. * Manage time effectively to ensure all customer interactions are handled promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. *Requirements* * Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred. * Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. * Demonstrated ability to sell products through effective engagement and upselling strategies. * Proficient in using POS systems and other retail technology. * A positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
