Join our dynamic team and be part of a growing company that values teamwork, safety, and professional development. *Job Summary* We are looking for a skilled and experienced *Reach Truck Operator* to join our warehouse team. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and retrieval of products within our facility. *Reach truck experience is a must* for this position, as you will be handling high-level storage, inventory replenishment, and order picking. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you! *Key Responsibilities* * *Operate Reach Trucks and Other Equipment*: Safely and efficiently operate reach trucks, forklifts, and clamp trucks to retrieve, store, and move products within the warehouse. * *Order Picking & Fulfillment*: Use order sheets and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately pick and prepare items for shipment. * *Inventory Management*: Track and manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure order accuracy and real-time inventory control. * *Safety & Cleanliness*: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and company guidelines. * *Heavy Lifting & Material Handling*: Move, lift, and position heavy products as needed, ensuring proper handling and care of inventory. * *Team Collaboration*: Support team members to achieve daily productivity targets and meet operational deadlines. * *Stock Replenishment*: Assist in product replenishment and participate in stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records. *Qualifications & Skills* * *Reach Truck Experience (MUST HAVE)*: At least *1 year of hands-on experience operating reach trucks* in a warehouse or distribution environment is required. * *Warehouse Experience*: Previous experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center is essential. * *Equipment Proficiency*: Experience with forklifts, clamp trucks, and other material-handling equipment is a plus. * *Technical Knowledge*: Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders, manage inventory, and process shipments. * *Attention to Detail*: Strong focus on accuracy, especially when picking orders or managing inventory counts. * *Physical Stamina*: Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy items regularly during the shift. * *Problem-Solving Skills*: Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues. * *Team Player*: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily goals and deadlines. *What We Offer* * Competitive hourly wage and overtime opportunities. * Comprehensive training and development to enhance your skills. * A safe, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment. * Opportunities for career growth within a growing logistics company.
