*On-Call Property Management Assistant* Leaso Property Management is seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as an on-call Property Management Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our property management operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. *Responsibilities:* * Run errands and provide on-the-ground support as needed. * Pick up and deliver packages and materials to job sites. * Take photos and video tours of real estate properties. * Conduct visual inspections of properties. * Communicate with tenants and maintain positive, productive relationships. * Assist in managing all aspects of assigned properties, including arranging maintenance to meet standards. * Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants. * Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses. * Oversee property personnel and assess their performance. *Requirements:* * Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. * Strong organizational skills and efficient time management. * Ability to be available on call for tenants' calls and emergencies. * Experience in property management or related fields is preferred but not required.
