Education: College/CEGEP. Work site environment: Hot. Work setting: Fast food outlet or concession. Urban area. Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Food service counter attendants and food preparers. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available.
