Freeman Herbs is looking for an energetic, detail oriented and driven candidate to fill our Customer Service/Sales Support position. The successful candidate will provide sales support to the Sales department with weekly programs and account maintenance. Come grow your career with us! As a Customer Service/Sales Support team member, your responsibilities will include: Duties and Responsibilities: Manage incoming orders received by email and fax, and prioritize by shipping timelines. Process and post daily orders accurately and timely. Complete computerized order entry and invoice preparation. Participate in the planning and execution of pre-booked programs. Provide regular quality checks of products in the greenhouse. Arrange product samples for new customers. Complete DSD store calls in a timely manner. Provide regular- LocationBeamsville, ON
