*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, orders & shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. *Duties* * Respond to customer inquiries via phone & email in a timely and professional manner. * Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. * Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their questions are answered and concerns are addressed. * Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers to create a positive impression of the company. * Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. * Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. *Requirements* * Sage 50 or Sage 300 experience is required. * Previous experience in a customer service role is required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. * Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide solutions promptly. * Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage positively with customers.
