<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Job Title: Office Accountant<br />Location: North West Edmonton Type: Full-Time Department: Finance<br />Job Overview:<br />We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly skilled, and reliable Office Accountant to join our team. As an Office Accountant, you will manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support our financial decision-making process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for numbers.<br />Key Responsibilities:<br />?<br />Process and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts <span class="long-word">payable/receivable.</span><br />?<br />Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.<br />?<br />Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate accounting of transactions.<br />?<br />Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with all financial regulations.<br />?<br />Handle payroll processing and maintain payroll records.<br />?<br />Work with external auditors and support audit preparation.<br />Qualifications:<br />?<br />Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.<br />?<br />Proven experience in accounting or financial management (minimum 2-3 years preferred).<br />?<br />Proficiency in accounting software.
