This opportunity requires a results-oriented individual who thrives on building relationships with the community and their team, while accepting new challenges within an entrepreneurial environment. _We are looking for someone that can work evenings and weekends, including from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM to assist Calgarians in accessing our amazing services throughout the week. NO EXCEPTIONS.* Reports to: President *Key Duties and Responsibilities* * Customer Sales Management ? checking customers in, upselling, customer follow-up and customer experience, educating and leading team in quality performance * Responsible for overseeing opening and closing managerial duties depending on the shift schedule * Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, customers and community partners * Deals with everyone ? from staff to client ? in a professional and genuine manner * Has a desire to really connect with people and help them relieve their pain and stress through education of our services and therapies * Consistently communicate with the President regarding any/all changes * Adapt and develop duties and responsibilities to fit the need of the spa * Ensure all pricing and any extras are understood by staff and client * Lead with accountability, considering our brand and values * Stay up to date on all new products and improvements and help President and social media team to represent the spa * Staff scheduling, payroll and administrative duties. * Ensuring shift coverage in collaboration with staff and President *Experience* * Min 1-2 years in lead, supervisor and/or managerial role * Min 3 years of customer facing sales or customer service experience * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace * Excel in a unique entrepreneurial environment * Previous experience in a business administrative role an asset * Previous experience with mindbody software an asset * Yoga or health and wellness background is a bonus *Ideal Candidate* * Flexible schedule and an ability to work weekends * You have a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience * You have an entrepreneurial spirit and lead and collaborate with staff and other leaders * Your attention to detail and time management is unparalleled * You have an ability to grow and adapt within a team * You can teach others, lead with exception, and embody a company?s mission and values * You have an ability to visualize the next step in the sales process so your customer is always aware of what to expect next *Resumes will not be considered if a cover letter is not submitted with the application.* Job Type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $18 to $119 /hour Job Location: * Calgary, AB Required experience: * Manager, Shift Leader or higher: 1-2 years * Customer Experience: 3 years *===================================* *Spa Experience Lead* Cle
