Reporting to the Recreation Programs and Services Manager, this position is responsible for: Providing strong customer service as a front-line ambassador for the City of Cold Lake recreation customers Programming for all arenas, sports fields and athletic / non-athletic use of the Energy Centre Customer service / customer experience which includes ongoing correspondence with user groups on scheduling and invoicing Assisting with Civic events Facilitating maintenance of information and programmingQualifications: Two-year program in Recreation, Physical Education, Kinesiology or a related discipline Minimum of three years? experience in Recreation, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field Strong computer skillset, knowledge of Perfect Mind software is considered an asset Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification is considered an asset A strong interest in assisting others and working in a team environment, while also being able to work independently Satisfactory annual Driver?s Abstract Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check Salary for this position is $35.30/hr.; hours of work are 40 hours per week, some evenings and weekends are required for this position to support recreation events.
