*Hassey Property Group*, a prominent Barrie & surrounding area property management group, is seeking an experienced *Property Manager *to join their growing team. Reporting to the Senior Management Team, the Property Manager is responsible for providing condominium, commercial and residential property management services to a portfolio of managed properties.

_*Duties & Responsibilities*_
* Builds and maintains healthy relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors
* Acts as the primary point of contact for owner inquiries; coordinates notices & corresponds with admin staff
* Performs periodic property inspections; coordinates repairs, regular maintenance, capital projects, and communicates regular updates to all stakeholders
* Develops, maintains, and implements preventative maintenance schedules tailored to each property
* Prepares leasing documentation and manages all other legal & regulatory obligations
* Monitors on site personnel and conducts periodic performance reviews
* Coordinates annual general meetings, board meetings, and other special meetings as required
* Coordinates annual budgets for portfolio properties, reserve fund studies, and performance audits
* Matches invoices to approved purchase orders and code accordingly
* Responds to emergency situations outside of regular business hours, when required
_*Qualifications*_
* 2-5 years of experience in a similar role managing condominium, commercial and residential properties
* Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, or a combination of education and experience
* Must have a valid driver?s license and own vehicle for regular travel
* Must hold a valid Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) general license
* Experience with Yardi property management software considered an asset
* Strong analytical aptitude and business acumen
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and foster strong working relationships
* Proactive and dedicated; takes ownership of projects and drives them to completion
* Detail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
