*Legal Assistant Opportunities*- Conveyancing Team Schnell Hardy Jones LLP is excited to announce the openings a Legal Assistant to join our Conveyancing Team. *What We?re Looking For:* We are looking for a passionate individual who has: * Completed the Legal Assistant Diploma Program. * A minimum of 2 -3 years of experience working in a law firm, specializing in Conveyancing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer and typing skills. * Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and impeccable proofreading and grammar abilities. * The ability to multitask, work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and maintain professionalism while handling highly confidential materials. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. *Considered an Asset * * Familiarity with Conveyancing software. *What We Offer:* * Competitive Remuneration- A salary package that reflects your skills and experience. * Comprehensive Benefits- Access to health and wellness benefits after three months of employment * Work-Life Balance- We close at 3:00pm on Friday?s to help kickstart your weekend. *Start Date:* We are flexible with the start date to accommodate the right candidate?s schedule.
