WORKING HOURS: Must be flexible. Evenings, weekends (Sundays specifically)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: (Other duties may be assigned)
- Learn all stations within the store
- Lead team members when on shift to ensure a great customer experience
- Ensure order accuracy and product excellence
- Deal with customer complaints or issues
- Facilitate staff breaks
- Resolve any and all issues as neccessary
- Communicate any concerns or HR issues to the store manager
- Ensure the safety of all staff members
- Focus on quick service and a great customer experience
- Adhere to brand standards and store expectations
- Lead with a positive attitude and a willingness to train new employees
- Maintain a mature and gossip free environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to handle, or feel; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee is required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

QUALIFICATIONS:
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Must have simple computational skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Must have the ability to read, write and speak English. Must be able to communicate clearly.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma preferred Minimum 2-3 years of experience in branded quick service restaurants or restaurant with fast paced service 6 months to 1 year of experience in supervising 5-10 or more team members prefered Solid understanding of Health and Safety standards
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Certified in recognized Safe Food Handling program preferred First Aid certificate preferred WHMIS certificate preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 ? 44 per week
