The Receiving Associate is responsible for ensuring all merchandise is ordered, delivered and received in a timely manner. *Duties and Responsibilities* Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Receiving Associate, but are not limited to, the following: * Ensuring orders of inventory are processed and delivered in a timely manner; * Overseeing inventory stocking and merchandising; * Seeking to learn and grow through personal learning and development opportunities; * Building effective relationships with peer and upper management partners; * Participating in productive management and team meetings; * Partnering in store?s execution of all merchandise processing and flow to the floor in * Other duties as assigned. *Skills and Effort Requirements* * Strong interpersonal skills: pleasant, friendly style; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Strong attention to detail; * Ability to educate self on products and services; * Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs; * Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. *Minimum Requirements* * Minimum high school education or equivalent; * Knowledge and/or experience with pets is considered an asset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $18.00 per hour Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationCharlottetown, PE
