Royal Laser Mfg. is an established manufacturing company based in Toronto with industry experience of over 24 years. Our growing organization is searching for a competent Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. We are offering an incredible opportunity to acquire cabinet manufacturing and design skills by utilizing the latest CAD/CAM technology to produce high quality, modern and artistic cabinetry. We are happy to offer the following to the successful candidate * CAD/CAM hands on training * Project management training Requirements: * Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering * Previous manufacturing experience preferred * Experience using AutoCAD and Solid Works is a must. * Drivers License * Proficient in Excel; * Attention to detail; * Exceptional verbal and written communication. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Responsibilities: * Create cabinetry layouts and design through CAD software * Assist in the preparation and interpretation of conventional and computer-assisted designs, drawings and specifications for machines and components * Create shop drawings with reference to architectural drawings * Co-ordinate and communicate with the team of designers and production to ensure timely and effective project design and launch * Create BOM * Create CNC Program * Oversee project timelines and production co-ordination * Complete any special projects as required. May be assigned to other areas of Operations, based on business or customer requirements Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Education: * Bachelor's Degree (required) Experience: * AutoCAD: 4 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
